Please read these non-negotiable Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully before using the website, continuing to use the website, you (the “User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by these terms of use. 1. Introduction
Welcome to the National Data Centre Academy website www.nationaldatacentre.academy (the “Website”). The National Data Centre Academy is a trading name of Carbon3IT Ltd registered in England and Wales, (Registration No: 06993037) with its registered office located at: 5 The Elms, Station Road, Hatton. CV35 8XN.
2. Booking and Payment
• All course bookings should be made in advance. Invoices are available. If a course Is full, we do operate a waiting list, but it would be short notice.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. At our discretion we may transfer this to a future course.
• Full payment must be completed 30 days before the event date.
• We accept direct payments only unless otherwise agreed.
• Should full payment not be received or be thwarted, your deposit and place on the course will be lost.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NDCA at Unit 1, Tancred Close, Leamington Spa. CV31 3RZ or by email at info@nationaldatacentre.academy at least 30 days before the event for any discretionary (partial, deposit is non-refundable) refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
4. Privacy Policy:
Carbon3IT Ltd (T/a NDCA) respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to the Carbon3IT Ltd (T/a NDCA)’s Privacy Policy , which shows how Carbon3IT Ltd (T/a NDCA) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information related to the Your privacy.
5. Variation of the Terms:
Carbon3IT Ltd (T/a NDCA) reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Such variations shall become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms on the website. By continuing to use the Website you will be deemed to have accepted the varied Terms.
6. Changes or Updates to the Web site:
From time to time the Carbon3IT Ltd (T/a NDCA) will change, update or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website after such change constitutes your agreement to the changes.
